 The purpose and objectives of the discipline

          The purpose of the course "Innovative Engineering of Restaurant Facilities" is to train highly qualified specialists who have acquired theoretical and practical knowledge and skills of professional activity and are able to further deepen and expand them in practice.
           The main task of studying the discipline "Innovative engineering of restaurants" - to provide students with the necessary knowledge related to the appointment, selection, placement, operation, maintenance of technological equipment, to carry out the technological process in mini-food production in the conditions of restaurants. And also to form at students the systems of knowledge which are necessary for the specialist for introduction of new equipment, complex mechanization of technological processes.
